I believe few people who visit here has own business. The majority people are working for a company. A company is a word but its characteristic is different in each culture.

For example, in occidental culture, a company owns by owner or stock holder. The people work in there is just one of the employees to generate more profit. In Japanese culture, employees feel the company is theirs. So people look for a company where help to do what a person want to do is common.

If we compare in this way, the mind of Japanese are different from Occidental culture.
